Premium Broadband facts and figures

Speed: Up to 24Mbps - Actual download speeds will vary and are affected by line length and quality between
your local BT exchange and your premises. BT Wholesale estimates that 78% of customers will achieve download
speeds of 4Mbps and above. Fluctuation in line speed is expected to occur within the first 10 days of service
whilst your line speed adapts to the maximum it can reliably support.
Contention Ratio: Equivalent maximum of 20:1 - This means that there will only ever be a maximum of 20 users
sharing the same part of the network at any one time, unlike some other internet providers where that limit is 50:1.
Download Limit: 60GB - You can download up to 60GB of data per month which is more than double many other business
broadband providers. Unused capacity is also carried forward to the following month, any excess usage is charged at
£1.50 per GB
Business Users Only - To ensure our network runs at optimal speed, we do NOT allow residential customers to use the Jomble
Premium broadband network, this will ensure that your broadband connection is unimpeded by the network being consumed with downloads
usually associated with personal internet usage in the home.
Minimum Contract Term: 1 Month - Switch to Jomble Premium Broadband, if you like it, stay, if you don't you can switch to another
provider when ever you want, we do not believe in locking our customers in to lengthy contracts, forcing them to pay for a service they may
no longer either want or need.
Cost: £40 per month - With no hidden charges, we are a competitively priced broadband supplier, and we provide a service that
some other broadband providers can only dream of being able to supply. There is a one-off new connection fee of £50 or a
migration fee of £20 if you are switching to us from another provider and have a MAC code.
